One would be better off–one would be better off doing a lot of things. I really like the concept of this book, but after the introduction it is just a whole bunch of game ideas. As the grqy say: Some fantastic ideas and concepts in here that will surely help you harness the full creative power of even the most withdrawn and quiet team Brainstorming is supposed to unleash a great torrent of team creativity.

Chapter 8 Putting Gamestorming to Work.
How can a game only be an opening game when each game consists of opening, exploring, and closing? Definitely feels like some sections were added as fillers. This book is the result: This is kinda brilliant since it gives a formal structure to a meeting without being too formal, plus it gets all famestorming informed on goals and process of a meeting ahead of time.

This book has a few short chapters on the meta-strcuture of games and challenges, and theok to skim to see how your own many, many actual games, with details on when to use them and how. If you are interested in going deeper, I recommend these books.

Excelent book A must-have for anyone who needs to get the most from a team. The book would also have benefited from adding a few examples of gamestorming sessions with more detailed about how interactions usually go with participants, what kind of ideas were generated, etc.
